This Privacy Policy is valid for visitors to our website and users of the Sortzy States app, with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Sortzy. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

We do not collect personally identifiable information. Period. The End. We care about you, but frankly, don’t need to know anything personal about you for you to enjoy Sortzy! We do collect information from the time you are playing Sortzy States which helps us make the game better. This information includes but is not limited to:
We then aggregate this information to build a better game and better questions. None of this information is tied to a specific user. There are no user accounts. We may use this information to help us inform future products and services.
Our app analytics may also collect information automatically such as type of device, mobile device software version, device carrier, and time stamps of play. We do use 3rd party service providers to help us collect this information.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet or the Sortzy States app. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Sortzy does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information via communications such as email, or on a 3rd party Review, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
